Born and educated in England, Graeme joined Foster Wheeler as a project engineer upon graduating with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 1976. Graeme then joined Lindsey Oil Refinery UK in 1980, part of the TotalEnergies Group. Subsequently he enjoyed a broad and successful experience in worldwide operations with TotalEnergies in refining and petrochemicals, ultimately achieving the position of President and CEO of Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA Inc.
In 2013, Graeme joined Delta Air Lines as a Senior Vice President, Fuel Management, taking on the responsibility for their global jet fuel supply, as well as assuming the role of Chairman of the Board of Monroe Energy, the refining affiliate owned by Delta.
In November 2013, Graeme was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Teesside University.
Graeme is married to Rebecca, a native Texan. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
Following his executive career, Graeme has remained active in board, mentorship and advisory work while pursuing his hobbies of travel, reading, skiing, and pickleball, as well as a new creative interest as an author and as a lyricist and independent music producer.
